Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to services provided by NoticeEdge, a DBA/operating name of Yugby, LLC.

NoticeEdge provides online presence and marketing services for small businesses, which may include website setup, hosting coordination, website care, Google Business Profile support, review visibility support, social content support, lead response support, and related services.

Services, pricing, payment timing, deliverables, and cancellation terms are defined by the client’s written agreement, proposal, checkout terms, or service plan. Unless otherwise stated, setup fees are due before work begins and recurring service fees are billed monthly.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, content, images, account access, and other materials needed to complete the services. NoticeEdge is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, third-party platforms, or client-controlled accounts.

NoticeEdge may use third-party tools, software, hosting providers, communication platforms, and service providers to deliver services. Third-party platforms may have their own terms, limitations, fees, outages, or policy changes.

NoticeEdge does not guarantee specific search rankings, review volume, social media engagement, lead volume, sales results, or platform placement. Services are intended to improve professional presentation, visibility, consistency, and online credibility.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, claims, images, offers, testimonials, reviews, and business information they provide are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.

Payments are due according to the agreed billing terms. Applicable sales, use, or similar taxes may be added if required by law. Late, failed, or disputed payments may result in paused service, delayed delivery, or suspension of ongoing support.

Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services according to the written agreement or service plan. Cancellation does not remove responsibility for unpaid amounts already due.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoticeEdge’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service during the previous one month. NoticeEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, lost revenue, platform-related, or third-party service damages.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of NoticeEdge services after updates means the client accepts the updated terms.
